We enjoy making our own biodegradable cleaning products for our services, reducing packaging and hazards inherent to chemical cleaners. Where we have not yet made a product we source environmentally conscious products from local businesses. We use reusable cloths wherever possible and since we are using chemical free products we can compost disposable cloths like paper towel. Chemical free products also mean that we can reduce the use of one-time use products like disposable gloves.
We will arrive equipped with all cleaning supplies, mops, brooms, and a hepa-filter vacuum. Let us know if you have a preference for alternate products or equipment to be used.
We are happy to accommodate pets and will discuss how we can best clean your space and ensure your furry friend is feeling comfortable and safe during our visit.
The individual offering your onsite services will receive a criminal background check. This will help provide piece of mind as we value your trust, privacy and the importance of safety.
We understand that situations may arise requiring the need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. Cancellations do result in a lose of work, therefore a 30% fee of the scheduled time will be attached to cancellations received outside the time frames listed below.
Basic clean: We require a minimum 48 hour cancellation notification.
Deep Clean, Move In/Move Out Clean and Real-Estate Clean: We require a minimum of 1 week cancellation notification.
